Job Purpose:The overall responsibility for the management, development, and day-to-day operation of the Marketing & Communications activities of the organization. Team & department performance monitoring and enhancement to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organizationOverall owner for the development and execution of the ‘Brand’, strategy development and implementation, enforcement of policy, advertising and communications development, brand building, budget planning and allocation, as well as manage on-going IP projects, and support all related commercial activities.Description: Responsibilities and Duties:Ensures the compliance of all company health and safety regulations. Oversees and guides in development of new Projects, IPs and Services. Prepares & controls overall Marketing and Project based budgets.Oversees all advertising and communication (campaigns). Monitors brand equity and implement corrective measures.Ensures to build market intelligence & analysis capabilitiesOversees the implementation and maintenance of brand guidelines.Coordinates commercial and financial requirements, leads where necessary.Ensures customer centricity by planning developing managing and reporting the cross-sector, marketing and communication touch points:Presence / Visibility (all available channels)Awareness (all available channels and projects)Activation (selected channels and projects)Supports effective communication through overseeing, advising and providing guidelines on the content, construction, ‘look and feel’ and functionality of all electronic communications and websitesQualifications:BSc/BA degree in Marketing or Communication related field; MSc/MA is a plusProven experience as a Marketing Leader or another relevant roleProven experience in managing relationships with key stakeholdersIn-depth understanding of market research methods and analysisSolid knowledge of Marketing, Digital and non-Digital Communications, with a good grasp of financial/budgeting processes is a plus.Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent English skillsWell-organizedA leader and strategic thinkerBSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant fieldExperience: 6-10 years of experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial position
