Pepe’s Piri Piri is one of the UK’s fastest growing Flame-Grilled Piri Piri Chicken Brand. After a great response in Dubai, UAE. We are now seeking a Marketing Manager with wealth of GCC F&B market knowledge. Objectives of this role will include:Brand Awareness through out Dubai and UAE.Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Ensure the Brand is communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics. Responsibilities:Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Manage all design content of the brand on all platforms including Social Media.Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.Create editorial calendars and syndication schedulesContinuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.Collaborate with store managers to strengthen the low turn over periods.Requirements and Skills:Proven working experience in social media marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.High knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.Preferred skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.Must have a UAE Driving Licence.Established contacts in media.
