Functional Responsibilities: Plan, design, conduct and manage user acceptance tests for marketing products & services to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.Develop & create UAT test profiles, test concept & test scenarios, including documentation of the interim and results.Coordinate test execution & test resources with all internal & external stakeholder.Achieving the overall technical and functional acceptance and overall acceptance approval.Documenting the test execution and communicating with the IT team regarding the deviations.Monitor market for latest developments in technology, competition, consumer usage and uptake trends, regulatory changes, etc. and identify the impact and/or application of such development on product strategy.Conduct variance analysis (Market, Macro-economic & demographic), business performance reports and competitive landscape analysis to provide recommendations to relevant business function, stakeholders, and management.Remain fully informed on market & competitors and provide weekly competitor’s intelligence report.Manage & submit all regulatory approval & request templates and ensure compliance with regulation.Responsible for SMS Broadcast management & execution.Undertake other relevant duties/responsibilities as delegated by line manager.Minimum Work Experience:3 years Experience as a Marketing Operations or Business Segment.Key Skills:Time ManagementNumeracy SkillsCommunication & PresentationMS OfficeAdvance ExcelMinimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Training, Languages, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
