Our company is looking for an MEP Technician with at least 3 years of experience in UAE having a driving license.The selected candidate will perform the ff responsibilities in the building:1. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) 2. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.3. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed4. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide5. Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)Salary is AED3,000 – 4,000 depending on experience
