Job Location Wadi Al Fara GovernorateOverall PurposeThe Network Operation and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for Supervising of the execution of O&M for the water network and its facilities.ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor network operations, investigate viability of pressure management schemes, and check the overall network leakages and performance.Generate and interpret daily/weekly/monthly network operations reports to superiors.Investigate network issues and recommend corrective actions.Identify the effect of parameters on network performance and support network operations.Review and monitor network operation processes and identify shortcomings and possible improvements.Develop criteria and methods for identifying network zones characterized by excessive water losses.Oversee the repair of leaks, pipe breaks and bursts, water mains lying and rehabilitation work.Evaluate subordinate’s performance in a fair, transparent, and objective manner in a periodic basis.Ensure compliance to Industrial Security, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements and standards.Managing employee’s schedules.Supervise staff to ensure tasks are complete on time and according to the procedure.Prepare reports that include operation and maintenance data.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the jobJob RequirementsBachelor / Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent8+ Years of experienceBehavioral CompetenciesCustomer Focus – Customer Care / ServiceTeamwork – Delivering Information and AssistanceEffective Communication – Attentively ListeningProblem Solving – Defining a ProblemResults Orientation – Progress and Results
