Monitoring day-to-day administrative activities related to Iqama, including office equipment maintenance and inventory control. Planning, directing, and coordinating organization operations in line with regulatory requirements and company objectives. Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and supporting visa operations. Updating and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures. Developing effective relationships with external stakeholders and government departments. Keep up to date with all government updates and communicate any updates changes to the management team. Create basic SOP and support the team with templates and guides. The Profile At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel. Proficient in Arabic and English (read, write, speak, and understand). Valid KSA driving license and own transportation. Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with a proven track record. Extensive experience in KSA labor, immigration, and company setup regulations. Familiarity with online government portals for application processes. You are organized and have good interpersonal skills. You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point). You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
