Our established flowers and gifting business seeks a seasoned and qualified Operations Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of flower arrangements, premium and personalized gifting, and e-commerce, and can oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the flower industry or events management and possess strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to identify and implement solutions to any operational challenges that arise.Additionally, we’re looking for someone who will actively contribute to the growth of our business. As our Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our management team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability. You’ll manage production flow and ensure that all processes are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.The ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment is also a must.
