· Maintain operations date, such as time, production and prepare management report of packing results· Prepare the packing schedule and maintain the finished goods safety stock· To maintain the packing SOP , documentation and record keeping· Start adjust packing scale and machinery if required.· Stop the packaging if any non-compliance occurs or any deviation occurs. or maintenance issue has occurred.· Hold product if any deviation has found and not release till the QC instruction· Recommend disciplinary actions to any of his reporting staff in-case of any crucial mistake and maintain appropriate records for evidenceEvaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
