Job PurposeThe role of the Brand Immersion specialist is to instill passion and pride in all team members joining the Operations division of The Red Sea Development Company by creatively communicating the company’s history, values, mission, and scope. The position also serves as the primary coordinator and host of TRSDC tours to new employees, visitors, and dignitaries.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartnerAt the direction of the Manager of Partner Onboarding and in coordination with the Hospitality Operations department, the Brand Immersion specialist will:Create, lead, and manage a Brand Immersion Program for all onboarding team members.Have overall responsibility for the management, development, execution logistics and implementation of the Brand Immersion Program.Ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience for all participants.Serve as TRSDC’s chief storyteller to onboarding team members, guests, and visitors.Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of the engagement with participants and give recommendations for continued improvement.Align with stakeholders to ensure messaging is current, correct, and regularly adjusted to address the ever-expanding scope of the project.Ensure that the Brand Immersion experience transfers knowledge in an engaging and enjoyable manner.Possess an intimate familiarity will all aspects of TRSDC, its Business Partners, the on-site location, the facilities, assets, policies, and procedures.Develop and lead informed, engaging, and gracious tours for new hires, Business Partners, visiting dignitaries, and VIPs.Assist with creating and executing special events for Business Partner associates and the onsite community.Assist with creating and implementing strategies to maximize department objectives and enhance the onboarding experience. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and ReportsProvide input for the development and implementation of all related policies, systems, processes and procedures.Identifying potential areas of improvement to support efficient and effective onboarding and the onsite experience for Business Partners and their associates.Ensure on-site compliance with corporate requirement. Adhere to policies, procedures and instructions to promote a safe and risk-free environment. Ensure all relevant reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the business requirements and standards of TRSDC. Job RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Event Management, Marketing, Brand Management or related field or equivalent experienceNative fluency in English and ArabicSkillsHigh energy with the ability to create meaningful engagement in an extremely dynamic environmentAbility to create a motivational and inspiring learning experienceStrong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationshipsAbility to communicate with staff and visitors of all levels in a dynamic and adaptive mannerExceptional time management, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to actively listen and engage across teams to build strong relationships Graphic design skills with hyper proficiency in Excel and Power PointExceptional problem-solving skillsAn entrepreneurial spirtA high degree of emotional intelligenceOutstanding oral, written, and storytelling skills in English and ArabicComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, multi-cultural, self-starter environment Job ContextThis position is based at TRSDC site, i.e., not at the Riyadh offices. Occasional travel to Riyadh and elsewhere may be required from time to time.
