Partner Onboarding Specialist – Experience Delivery

Job PurposeThis exciting position is responsible for delivering an amazing onboarding experience for The Red Sea Development Company’s hospitality staff from the moment they first enquire about a position until they’re fully engaged in their new roles and at every touch point along the way.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartnerThe Onboarding Experience Delivery Specialist works together with the Senior Manager of Partner Onboarding to create a comprehensive, engaging, informative, and fun onboarding journey for onboarders. In order to achieve this objective, the Specialist must:Coordinate with team members to understand the technical components of the onboarding process for both expats and Saudi nationals.Review the process from the prospective of the new hire and identify key touch points along the journey where there is an opportunity to engage and instill TRSDC values and culture.The onboarding journey can last several weeks, and in some cases months, therefore it’s important to create a steady connection with the onboarder throughout the process to maintain interest, engagement, and communication. The Specialist will create and maintain this “steady connection” system.Anticipate challenges likely to arise during the onboarding process and create and implement pre-emptive mitigation measures.Research global onboarding best practices and share findings with the team to assist with implementing the most effective practices.Create an arrival procedure and ritual which creates a sense of wonder and joy and instills the values and vision of TRSDC.Coordinate with vendors and government entities to ensure that the services required for onboarding are executed in a seamless and efficient manner without inconvenience to the onboarder.Serve as a liaison between TRSDC and the onsite residential community throughout their employment to ensure their well-being, comfort, and engagement. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and ReportsProvide input for the development and implementation of all HR related policies, systems, processes and procedures.Identify potential areas of improvement to support efficient and effective operations.Ensure on-site compliance with corporate requirements and adhere to policies, procedures and instructions.Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the business requirements, and standards of TRSDC.Job RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience with an international company with multicultural elementsPrevious experience in the hospitality or event management sector is highly preferredSkillsHyper creativity Event ManagementProject ManagementStrong Customer Service SkillsStrong Cross-Cultural Communication SkillsTeam and Relationship BuildingHigh level of Emotional IntelligenceSkills to create impactful Power Point presentationsProficiency with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design programsCreative Problem SolvingExceptional oral and written communication in English Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environmentJob ContextThis position is based at TRSDC site, i.e., not at the Riyadh offices. Occasional travel to Riyadh and elsewhere may be required from time to time.
