Job Description As a Payroll professional you will be the responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll employee spences like, social security, health, tickets and all the package benefits offered in the contract, also government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.ResponsibilitiesAs a Payroll Officer you will be in charge Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering dataUpdating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductionsPreparing reports that include summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, compassionate leave, sick leave and wages unemployment and worker’s compensationResolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queriesMaintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and proceduresProcessing and issuing forms to employees counting the working hours QualificationsThe candidate must have Skills in advance excel, previous experience in the same roll the minimum 5 years , and certificate education,( Bachelor’s Degree)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
