In a few years, retail checkout will look vastly different and we want you to be part of that change.About The RoleWe are looking for a people specialist Intern to join our People team, with a focus on admin & HR, to help us with office requirements and suppliers, recruiting, and operations. As a People Intern, you will be responsible for administration in the company and support in the HR process.You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:Manage office supplies inventory and place ordersOrganize and maintain an effective filing system for the facilities function Manage office equipment, ensuring that it is well-maintained, clean and safe to use. Manage all external vendors e.g. security, maintenance provider, telecom etc.. Manage business travel arrangements. Support onboarding processes while striving to constantly improve them. Be responsible for providing and preparing new hires with well prepared onboarding kits. Gather and file new hire documents including contracts and non-disclosure agreements. Follow up with new hires to gather feedback Manage access and permissions for new joiners. Support in manage medical Insurance.
