Seeking a motivated Personal Assistant with experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration to support our dynamic business. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:- Manage property management and brokerage tasks (contracts, NOCs, invoices, etc.)- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings- Maintain and update client records and property listings- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders- Provide administrative support (correspondence, filing, data entry)- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and industry guidelines- Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth operations
