Persuasive Sales Representatives Wanted to Close Qualified LeadsWe are seeking EXPERIENCED and PERSUASIVE FEMALE sales representatives to join our team and help us grow our client base by CLOSING qualified leads.Requirements:Fluency in at least TWO of the following languages: English, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, MandarinMinimum of 3 years of experience in salesProven track record of closing deals and persuading customers to fund their accountsAbility to work independently and take initiativeFamiliarity with sales management software and CRM systemsUnderstanding of AML and KYC policies and proceduresResponsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound sales through phone and in-person meetingsBook meetings with prospective clients and close qualified leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsAddress customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issuesConduct market research and monitor competitor activityConsistently log and update calls and leads into company-specific lead management systemMeet or exceed sales targets by closing qualified leadsSalary:Competitive salary based on experience and performanceAdditional incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targetsWe are looking for sales representatives who are skilled in persuasion, and are able to overcome objections and close deals.
