Job Description Brief:CRM, Contracts, Reception, General AdminPropertyana Group is a well-known and fast-growing real estate group, we are always on the lookout for new talented individuals to join our teams.We are looking for a sharp Administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail oriented.Administrator Responsibilities:Assisting real estate agents with paperwork and administrative tasksPreparing documents, managing the listings on real estate portals.Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.Communicating with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions.Updating and maintaining real estate databases and systems.Handling other administrative duties as assigned.Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, Ordering, storing, answering emails and phone calls.Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple tasks, so that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.Administrator Requirements:Fluent and excellent communication skills both written and spoken.Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.Minimum 1year experience in real estate administration or a relevant field is preferred.Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.Strong leadership, hardworking, professional presentable appearance, courteous manner, and clear friendly phone voice.Company Benefits Provided:· Company VISA· Medical Insurance· Basic SalaryIf you are qualified to above requirements,Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
