You will bring in strong team management skills combined with a solid target oriented mindset. You will set up best practice processes, enhance the overall experience we give to our customers and drive targets for the team. The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong relationship management combined with solid problem solving skills and a target oriented mindset. We serve homeowners looking to get their home interiors done – almost always a big decision with several parameters to work with. As a Lead, you will also be responsible for the team meeting its goals while continuously leading and developing the team members. You will set up best practice processes, enhance the overall experience we give to customers and drive targets for the team. Key Responsibilities People Management: To ensure that all cohorts meet/exceed targets provided to the team. Track the performance of the team and guide them consistently to meet business objectives. Activities involved are: Conduct daily team huddles Share previous days performance Discuss strategies & goals for the day Monitor productivity & output metrics Monthly skip level 1:1s Ensure team is motivated & encouraged at all times Track & analyze performance trends Resource planning & forecasting Monthly OKR reviews and variable inputs Coordination with the team on monthly roster & resource planning Work closely with the training team to ensure newbies are brought up through their learning curve Own Shrinkage & Attrition goals of the team Annual Performance Appraisals of the teamPerformance Management: Periodic reviews with the subordinate teams and upward reviews to be done: Present daily performance progress Manage Governance reports and present to the management Manage weekly city-wise target vs achieved report Monthly / Quarterly performance reviews with the TLs Process Management: Conduct periodic checks on all the process related metrics & ratios, in order to increase conversion and churn out better results. Activities involved: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly lead volume trends Get insights on lead funnel performance Measure & analyze lead dispositions Ensure funnel ratios are met and grown City wise insights on what’s working and what needs to improve Work closely with the Quality team to achieve QA targets Coordinate & work closely with the Sales team in order to use the feedback and make appropriate corrections if needed keeping customerʼs interest in mind Take up new initiatives to benefit the team & process. Report any issues related to systems / processes to the concerned stakeholders. Desired ProfileBachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience5+yrs of experience in business development and sales Proven pre-sales (tele-sales) / relationship management experience Track record of overachieving targets Strong people management experience in an outbound / telesales functionExperience in driving performance & productivity metrics Experience working with Salesforce.com, Hubsot, dialers Excellent Arabic verbal and written communications skills Strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
