Pricing Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:Pricing specialist within the Market Result Controlling Team who makes sure, that vehicles pricing is competitive and supports the achievement of financial and strategic goals for our business.You will work closely with Product management and Product costing departments and ensure, that correct financial data is available and used within the Product Pricing. You will be the financial counterpart for the Sales and Product Management team.Responsibilities:Support the set-up of the Market Result Controlling feature within ERP roll-out and the implementation of the Financial Steering Model.Actively support product management in segment-specific profitability control.Support the sales and product management team with financial expertise within the price creation process for all marketsAnalyse the current pricing and competitor landscape for the product segment in all markets and derive based on your analysis pricing proposals for new vehicles.Work closely with the business to make sure, that prices include all relevant cost data.Actively support the development of new pricing strategies and support sales in customer-specific result managementSupport the development of a sustainable sales controlling and drive the digitization of processes.Support the management in controlling profitability and performance in the core business and in projects.Ensure together with financial Planning team, that Plan data is consistent with Actuals data generated for all aspects within the Market Result calculation and that deviations between both can be explained at any time.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering or similar fieldExperience:At least 4+ years’ relevant experience, including budget / forecast management, new product pricing and data analysis or in the leasing industry with a focus on finance and sales/product controllingWorking experience with SAP, ideally within an ERP implementation/change projectFinance analyst and/or Sales experience in a manufacturing or retail environment at an Automotive OEM, Tier 1 Supplier or Retailer – a plus!
