We are looking for a result-driven and focussed Marketing Specialist for our newly set-up R+D clinical laboratory. From developing products/ideas to new business to developing account management, this role is focused on driving a successful profitable growth.Responsibilities:•Uses scientific or industry experience to develop or participate in product and campaign development at a persona and account tier level (healthcare/academic, CRO, etc.,)•Work closely with Senior Management and local sales leaders to capitalize on regional opportunities.•Responsible for feeding back customer and local competitor landscape.•Actively drive strategy into regional marketing initiatives and campaigns.•Monitor, research, and report regionally relevant competitor insights.•Support and drive sales team. •Responsible for creating cross-sell promotions and lifecycle nurture.•Work cross-functionally to better scale campaigns and messaging to audiences of interest.•Email and campaign generation, landing page creation and maintenance, management of ongoing promotions, management of automated lead campaigns, and monthly reporting and analysis.•Expand referral market awareness based on market data•Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.•Cultivates a wide range of internal business relationships and an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks.•Drive customized Patient, Physician and Clinician field marketing programs•Obtain input and provide feedback to Marketing on requirements and improvement opportunities from external customers•Understand and share competitive intelligence with Marketing and Sales Management•Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows•Lead the development of proposal materials including coordination and production of deliverables across all stages of the process.•Develop subject matter expertise (across markets, typologies, services, technology or other) that adds value to our marketing initiatives and pursuit activities.Qualification:•Qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Marketing, Communications, or a related field. •1+ years’ experience at a life science company and previous lab experience is a strong bonus.•2-5 years’ experience in a tactical marketing role supporting multi-channel campaigns.Specific skills & abilities:• Ability to communicate exceptionally.• Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.• Shift priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Meet scheduled deliverables and timelines• Design and develop products
