At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing the relationship with distributor business. This person will be part of the extended consumer KSA Board.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Area PerformanceLead & guide distributor business towards the volume, value and profitability growth in accordance with set goals and strategies.Develop realistic and achievable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and volume objectives.Allocate budget in proportion to impact on sales to optimize product profit contribution.In conjunction with company guidance and Finance, advocate partners to create incentive programs to meet the sales targets. Business PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive commercial plans to support the strategic plan.Prepare commercial plan with distributor to include strategies, situation analysis, action plans, expenses, and sales forecast with corresponding assumptions in accordance with the planning cycle.Develop and execute contingency plans necessary to meet changes in the environment.Develop strategies regarding products, price, promotion, and distribution.Business Area ManagementProvide solid business and commercial insights that contribute to high quality decisions related to market research, regulatory, legal and any issue which impacts business area based on the interaction with the different functional areas.Develop and expand technical knowledge necessary for business area management and customer interaction.Remain ahead of the market, the competition, and the environment.
