Contact and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.Follow up on the implementation of the project plan.Follow up on the implementation of the administrative and financial procedures for the project.Organizing and attending meetings with clients.Coordination with the rest of the project-related units for integration purposes.Prepare quotations, invoices, and customer presentations.Follow-up steps to implement the work with the client and other units arranged in the project.The work requires visits to the event sites.Performing any other tasks requested by the General Manager.
