Project Development Director

We are looking for Project Development Director for one of our opportunities with one of the top global consulting firms.10 Plus years experience green-field infrastructure project development/ finance / investment experienceRoles And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the project from inception and though its full life cycleManage the project development activities for greenfield infrastructure projects through the approved EIF Project Development Life Cycle to ensure timely delivery within established parameters.Work with the strategy group to ensure project development is in line with approved commercial and operating strategy of the projectWork closely with the Design and Delivery group to achieve an economically / financially feasible project design / delivery planDevelop and prioritize pipeline of potential new greenfield projects inline with EIF rollout plan.Develop and monitor project development budget and scheduleDevelop framework for preliminary prioritization / screening.Oversee the development of the financial model in collaboration with other relevant functionsSupport in the negotiation of the Heads of Terms, and agreements with all 3rd party entitiesDevelop and implements project funding plan (debt and equity) along with financial advisors and Investment Banks.Make recommendation to management on optimal and balanced solutions to problems arising during the development processDeveloping the initial project and design brief, and the project Business Plan and secure input from relevant functions.Support in the selection, negotiation, appointment of consultants and service providers according to the procurement processSupport the project construction schedule through anticipating and resolving possible commercial / financial roadblocks to completion of construction to ensure on-time project deliveryWork closely with the Risk Group to produce and manage the project Risk RegisterEnsure proper handover and coordination with the Asset Management Group.Closely align with other internal and external stakeholdersPowered by JazzHRbH9I48BljT
