Description:We are looking for a well-organized project engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The project engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of interior projects, supervising the installation crew, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, also do quantifying and shop drawings, observing health and safety standards. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.To be successful as a project engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.Job Responsibilities• Interact daily with the clients or consultant to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status• Support Operations and management with client communication regarding project schedules.• Develop project-specific Safety Programs in coordination with Safety Manager and Project Manager.• Assist and support Project Manager by attending project meetings with General Contractor, Owner, Architect, and others.Requirements• A driver’s license.• To join immediately• Interior design/fit-out experience preferred.• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.• Great written and verbal communication skills.• A willingness to learn.• Proficiency in MS Office.• Project management skills.• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines
