Project Manager

BriefWe expect you to be a strategic thinker with an eye on the details. You will engage deeply internally across the Company with stakeholders to break complex tasks into actionable roadmaps. This role will support the critical bridge between our partners, startups, founders, and business; you will touch nearly every part of the organization – from our investments, acceleration program, and finance teams to investor relations. You will be encouraged to experiment, build and think holistically to create game-changing solutions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Manager, you will own the overall project management of our acceleration program. You will:·        Understand the entire program·        Identify the key stakeholders involved in the program·        Define the program strategy in collaboration with our leadership team·        Develop the program roadmap·        Identify program requirements·        Understand startup milestones·        Link our funding with milestones·        Communicate with different teams within the organization·        Identify and develop the team’s roadmap during the program·        Identify the role and responsibilities of the different teams involved in the project·        Schedule tasks for different stakeholders involved in the program·        Collaborate with project development on the implementation·        Develop the project management Excel sheet to identify each stakeholder’s deliverable·        Follow up on different tasks with the stakeholders·        Take the project firm-wide for adoption·        Training and execution·        Lead and coordinate project rollout efforts with all teams. Collaborating with tech counterparts and our events team for project delivery and training, including white papers, case studies, demos, training material, etc.·        Act as the critical project evangelist and expert for internal users·        Other duties as assignedskills·        Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment·        Domain expertise in one or more areas of financial, investments, alternatives·        Advance skills in excel·        Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills·        Ability to communicate with stakeholders, understand the requirements and provide deliverables ·        Team player, should have the ability to work in a cohesive environment
