Role and Responsibilities:o Design, implement and improve company quality standards.o Analyze data in order to find areas for growtho Check performance on daily basis and find the gaps and red flags and what cause them.o Assist in the recruiting process.o Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.o Create reports to track progress.o Formulate strategies to increase productivity.o Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Minimum 3-5 years in QA.Preferred Skills: Communication skills.Presentation skills.Problem solving.Excellent documentation and reporting skills.MS office.Arabic and English language.Team leadership.Troubleshooting.Analytical skills.Decision-making.
