ResponsibilitiesLead ticking system and consumer requestsOversee and coordinate consumer requests with QC teamMonitor and control services performanceReport incidents to service provider and follow up incidents till provider close it.Enhance support processes and set internal and external SLA and guarantee the performance is aligned with organization expectations and goalsConducting internal training and KT sessions.Experienced in dealing with APIs ( resfull / soup)Experienced in dealing with DBs queries. QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Information technology or relevant field years of experience: 3-5Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.Good technical and IT skills.
