Job DescriptionThe candidate will be the company’s face and voice. Using her expertise, she will help to manage, coordinate and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and contribute to the brand and culture of the company.There is significant value in the candidate’s contributions to implementing many administrative tasks.The main responsibilities are as follows:Ø Listing & monitoring properties in different portals (Propertyfinder, Dubizzle and Bayut) and ensuring documents requirements are met for each property.Ø A knowledge base of how to acquire Trakeesi permits for properties meant for listingØ Understanding the process of obtaining a broker’s card for newly hired agents in the company as well as guiding new agents on how to apply brokers’ certificates.Ø Creating sales and leasing contracts with knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the Land Department.Ø Having a thorough understanding of the Whatsapp campaign and working diligently as directed by each agent.Ø Registration of the company with different developers.Ø Be able to do cold calling for agents if requiredØ Awareness in property marketsØ Basic Administrative task such as:o Maintaining a clean, functional office as well as meeting rooms for the day’s activities.o Be able to assist visitors and make coffee, tea according to the pantry’s supplieso Manage office supplies and stocks, and create monthly expense reportso Able to make filling system hard or soft copy as needed as possibleo Being able to always arrive on time. Office hours are 9 am – 7 pm, Monday – Fridayo Able to create tax invoices and receipt as per request by agentsWhat are the few qualities expected of you?Fresher or with real estate experience is preferableExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative, patience, reliability, and trustworthinessAnalytical and problem-solving skills is a MUSTDecision-making skills is a MUSTWith education certificate attested by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the UAE) is a MUSTWilling to learn, grow and improveTeam spiritEffective communication (verbal & written) skills,Able to handle all agents request in a timely manner (FIFO STANDARD)Attention to detail and high level of accuracyEffective organizational skillsBasic computer troubleshootingVery skilled in Microsoft office esp. with Excel and WordJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, FresherContract length: 24 monthsSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:Real Estate Admin: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Educational Certificate MOFA attested (Required)
