A real estate company in Dubai is looking to hire a Self-Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant having strong market knowledge and excellence in closing deals who is looking for a growth opportunity with limitless aspirations to meet his/her dreams! This is a commission base job where a generous commission slab up to 60 % with unlimited earning potential.Details:· Employment Type: Full Time.· Remote Job: Hybrid.· Wages: Commission based Only ( 60% Commission)· Neighborhood: JLT, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Creek Harbour· Nationality: Any.Qualifications· Real Estate Experience is required.· Minimum Work Experience: 2-3 Years in real estate (Rental and Sales) with a proven track record of achievement of deals and sales.· Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree.· Career Level: Mid-level· Gender: Any (Male/Female)· Language: English, Hindi any other language is an advantage (Like Russian, Chinese, etc ) Arabic is also an advantage but not essential.· Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point· Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.· Strong communication skills· Pleasant & Trustworthy· RERA Qualification is ideal but not essential Broker card is an advantage.· Must Have Driving LicenseResponsibilities• Work on REAR system (Ads permits, leasing and sale deals).• Property listings on portals and social media.• Generate clients (finding new tenants or buyers) that lead to buying, selling, and renting a property. Updating and maintaining an accurate client database.• Create lists for real estate sales and leasing properties.• Understanding client needs and achieving their needs.• Correspondences (calling and inquiries/emails/social media). • Meet clients and conduct property Viewing/Developers’ office. • Negotiate and close deals with clients.• Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price. And providing counsel on market conditions and prices.• Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions. • Ensuring that all real estate transactions are following applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.Benefits: 1.
