ALH Properties is hiring an experienced Graphic & video designer with a strong and diverse video / content editing experience in REAL ESTATE, to create engaging, creative, and on-brand graphics for the company.JOB DESCRIPTION:- Works with the marketing team to generate content ideas and creative concepts to boost the company’s branding and credibility.- Prepares layouts, designs, artwork, and formats for use in a publication.- Design web pages, brochures, logos, catalogs, letterheads, business cards, advertisements, and other communication materials as needed.- Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.- Video editing and creating short social media cuts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:- Experience in graphic design / video editing in Real Estate industry- UI/UX Design (Adobe XD & Figma)- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools (especially Adobe after effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign) as long as you are able to deliver a high-quality video that represents the company.- Self-sufficient and reliable, with the ability and willingness to learn new tools.WHAT WE OFFER:- Employment Visa- Medical insuranceIf this sounds like you, submit your CV with photo and portfolio to: careers (a) alhprops.com.
