We are looking for a business partner/collaborator to initiate a real estate venture.As a business partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of real estate transactions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a leadership position that requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, industry expertise, and exceptional communication skills.Our background lies in ed-tech and digital marketing, running a successful enterprise for the last 12 years, headquartered in Dubai with over 250 employees. We bring with us access to capital, the ability to scale the business and network with UHNIs in China, India, and Europe.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the initiating, overall management, direction, and success of the business. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from financial management and strategic planning to recruitment and marketing. You will also oversee compliance with relevant legal and industry standards.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in the real estate industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Active real estate license in DubaiStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to business development.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.High level of professionalism and integrity.Offer:Rewarding salary, commissions and a piece of the action, measuring upto 1M AED per annum
