We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company with a high Basic Salary .ResponsibilitiesInitiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Daily telephone conversation with potential clients for general market analysis.Booking appointments between the potential client and the Sales Agents.Working towards converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the real estate market.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.Qualifications1 year experience within a Telesales role in Dubai.Excellent communication in ENGLISH & ARABIC is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).Additional languages would be an asset.Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.Strong networker & relationship builder.Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferably someone residing in Dubai.Benefits : 6k to 8k Salary Per Month Competitive commission structureTailored marketingBasic trainingComprehensive health insuranceHolidays as per UAE lawModern office on Sheikh Zayed RoadSim card, laptop, database, marketing leads.
