We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant who must be a Filipina lady and be responsible for.:-Greet clients, visitors, and applicants with a positive, helpful attitude.-Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.-Announcing clients as necessary.-Preparing meeting and training rooms.-Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.-Provide excellent customer service.-Monitoring appointments/meetings/training.-Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingAdditional Responsibilities:-Full support for the HR department in any Admin job related-Have knowledge of Visa processing (Employment Visa) and can coordinate with the PRO on a daily basis-Organizing and booking appointments for Medical tests/Emirates ID applicationsRequirements and skills:-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front -Office Representative Secretary, or similar role-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)-Professional attitude and appearance-Solid written and verbal communication skills-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise-Excellent organizational skills-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks-Customer service attitudeJoining Date: ImmediatelyPlease submit your CV here, OR via emailadmin atgold-mine.ae
