Jobs at this level are responsible for supervising and conducting periodic assessment of HR operations pertaining to recruitment, on – boarding, employee care, employee profile maintenance and other employee services in line with prescribed policies and procedures. Also, they are responsible for resolving all employee queries/complaints related to HR processes, reviewing key operational human resource metrics and undertaking initiatives for improvement.-Handle recruitment and its related activities including psychometric testing in coordination with L&D. Contribute in educating line/hiring managers to implement Competency Based Interviewing (CBI). -Supervise end-to-end on – boarding process for all new hires of STC to ensure new hires are familiarized with STC culture and their role. -Work with line managers to implement best recruitment practice using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) and other assessment/ selection tools. -Control offers towards ensuring compliance with the company’s policies.Collaborate with People Journey to enhance the on boarding end to end journey for new employees ( executives and non-executives.) -Collaborate with BP ‘s to identify and assign a Body’s/ mentor in related Sectors/Functions.
