Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand and fill their staffing requirementsManage and own full recruitment cycleScreen and evaluate candidates against the requirements and briefs providedBe creative and proactive in identifying qualified candidatesArrange interviews and follow-up closely on the feedbackRespond to candidates’ queries and give them positive experience of our recruitment processNegotiate and present offers to selected candidatesDevelop talent pools on assigned positionsLiaise with mobilization team to ensure candidates will be onboarded as per target datesPerforms other responsibilities as required.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent2+ years of recruitment experience, including experience in recruiting mid to senior level positionsExperience in Retail and FMCG recruitment or similarAbility to effectively manage multiple positions simultaneouslyEffective communication skillsAttention to details and strong organization skills
