Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment. This includes developing progressive pipelines through sourcing, attracting, qualifying, interviewing, offering, and negotiating with selected candidates for a variety of positions. Emphasis would be on high volume and support roles.Responsibilities·        Source and attracting candidates using a variety of search methods and database.·        Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.·        Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.·        Providing timely, relevant, and accurate feedback to all applicants.·        Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations·        Oversee the creation of new employee files and updates on the existing employee information and ensure that human resources database is kept up to date.·        supports the recruitment strategy and manages the talent acquisition process.·        Maintains up to date knowledge of the recruitment trends and options.·        Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications·        Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives·        Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the direct managerQualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.·        CIPD level 3 is a plus.·        Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
