Responsibilities :-
Carry out preventive maintenance as instructed.
Attend to service calls & emergency breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as compressors, pumps, air coolers, heat exchangers, valves, mechanical equipment, electronic devices and all refrigeration system components.
Install, maintain, repair electric valves, heat transfer equipment and air distribution equipment.
Install and replace all types of pumps or refrigeration equipment according to plans, specifications or diagrams.
Read gauges and instruments and adjust mechanisms such valves, controls and devices.
Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical, mechanical, and digital controls.
Perform planned maintenance, regular servicing, and repairs to refrigeration equipment of all types (Ammonia, Freon, etc.), all sizes and temperature levels.
Maintain service records and all internal documentation including service sheets, quotes, logs, and forms.
Provide high standards of customer service.
Travel abroad.
Qualifications :-
3-Years minimum experience with commercial and heavy commercial refrigeration systems.
Familiar with reciprocating and screw compressors troubleshooting.
Familiar with refrigeration system components and troubleshooting.
Familiar with controls and power systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
