Regional Catering Sales Manager

Our client, a leading Arabic cuisine delivering fine dining and catering unit seeks to hire Regional catering Sales Manager to champion various locations in KSA. Successful incumbents must possess excellent expertise displayed in sales and business development within HORECA division spearheading and leveraging customer acquisition across KSA. Major responsibilities and requisites Excellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishThorough understanding of Arabic culinary, fine dining and catering conceptsTo envisage and promote seasonal and current menu concepts within the region in conjunction with the chef/management choicesOversee the sales and customer relationsRetention of existing and expansion of new customers within the regionHelping with menu selection and planningNegotiating the costBe a link within departments and champion the key deliverables with supply readiness (menu & material)Must be bachelor or master’s degree holder. certification or degree within culinary/hospitality would be a plus.KSA driving license and understanding of the geographies such as Riyadh, Al Khobar, Al Qassim and Jeddah
