If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***The main responsibilities will include:Achieving brand KPIs in the assigned territoryDeveloping effective sales action plans to achieve and exceed objectivesKeeping abreast of the customers, market, and its trendDriving execution of the team sales account plansDriving new GTM channels adoption to increase future transformation pace and readinessPromoting AAI and creating an engaging environment to ensure retention of talent and actively attract new hireCoaching and managing the teamDelivering overall brand objective & KPIs in assigned territory and help kingdom overall achievementAdhering to roles/regulations, CoC & rest of SoPs within companyTo be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in PharmacyMust have pharmaceutical sales experience3 – 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry is required (e.g. hospital, pharmacy) or Master in Life ScienceProficient in MS applicationsFluent in EnglishWilling to travel 30-40% of your timeResults oriented and a good Team playerGood negotiation and decision-making skills***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
