Job SummaryAs a Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing the regional sales team and new product development programs for the company. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s sales growth through growing customer relationships, building the customer base, and developing new product offerings.This opportunity will be in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and improve SOPs, SLAs & procedures for the unitDevelop the appropriate operational solutions to meet the market (client & authorities) requirements by working with Quality, operations & commercial teamFollow up with latest market trends and solutionsEvaluate used solutions through costing and efficiency analysisDevelop marketing tools (brochures, social media posts, events) by working with the marketing & commercial teamFollow up with CS team on major business claims and develop a better customer experienceMaintain a good rapport with clientsFollow up with OPS team to monitor daily performanceProvide the OPS team with the right SLR plan to execute all OPS activity as per client expectations.Support in product costing and commercial planQualifications and Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, finance or marketing or equivalent major.5+ years of experience in sales within logistics industry and new product development and project management.Demonstrated success in building sales.Strong presentation skills.Good analytical skills.Attention to detail.
