Reliability Assurance Executive Manager

What we need:Reliability Assurance Executive Manager, who will be responsible in monitoring and facilitating the implementation of the Reliability of Supply (ROS) Framework in the ACWA Power Portfolio in all phases throughout the project lifecycle in order to assure plant reliability. Including supervision of identification and management of main reliability risks, RAM, failure mode analysis and return of experience management as well as elaboration / implementation of reliability risk mitigation plans and maintenance strategies and KPI reporting the Reliability of Supply Committee and NOMAC Director of Reliability of Supply; shall support and facilitate the implementation of ROS enhancement programs and O&M fleet mitigation ROS projects; shall be expected to add to his/her existing technical expertise as per the demands and nature of a specific project in a company.The RAT Executive manager of Reliability Assurance will be part of the overall ACWA Power Reliability Assurance team, as defined in the ROS framework. Shall work in close cooperation with the ACWA Power Project Execution, Business Development and Portfolio team members which are part of the Reliability Assurance Team, as well as with the Project Company CEO and NOMAC PGM to assure the implementation of the Framework and the Reliability Working Groups.Who will fit:More than 10 years’ experience highly focused on plant reliabilityBachelors or Masters of EngineeringHas a key O&M role in New-Build, or Operational, for minimum of 5 yearsExtensive leadership experienceStrong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail 5+ years of experience with scripting tools, programming languages and design verification methodsExperience with OEM or well-known Engineering Firm in large generation or O&G organizationsExperience with automated maintenance planning tools for tracking and enhancing asset reliability and plant availability is a plusAbout NOMACFounded in 2005, and firmly established in the GCC, North Africa and South, Middle Europe and East Europe regions, providing high quality O&M (Operation & Maintenance) services for power production and water desalination projects, regionally and globally.More of us, and opportunities in www.nomac.com
