They are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join and oversee the opening of their new site. You will have overall responsibility of a large premium dining restaurant and must have experience in managing a restaurant pre-opening previously. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake day-to-day responsibility of a high-volume restaurant operationEnsuring the highest levels of food quality and maintaining food consistency as per the brand’s standardsEnsure food is delivered on time whilst maintaining the highest standards and qualityCommunicate with kitchen staff to keep them informed of procedures and standardsProvide employees with motivation, direction, and support to improve efficiency and outputSet appropriate KPIs for self and team to ensure excellence, quality, accuracy, and speedMonitor F&B costs, labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and orders on a daily basis and identify measures to cut wasteFollow and enforce all kitchen hygiene, sanitation, safety and security policies and proceduresFind new ways to improve efficiency and process within the operationFinancial accountability within the siteOverseeing the pre-opening of the siteKEY INGREDIENTSPrevious experience within a premium dining conceptExperience of working in KSAAbility to work in a high-volume environmentPassionate and career-focused individualAsian cuisine experience is preferredFinancial accountability and profit and loss experiencePlease note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail
