Join us and shape the future of banking.Job Purpose:The job holder is part of the KSA Retail Banking Business Finance team and responsible for providing insightful Finance support to the Retail Banking business in key tactical and strategic decision making. The job holder will ensure that Group financial policies and control framework are consistently applied across Retail Banking. The Job holder would equally take steer from Group Retail Banking Finance team (based in UAE) to support the Group requirements. The job holder will be responsible for:Work closely with key stakeholders within the KSA Retail Banking business & Group Retail Banking Finance to ensure that management information produced remains relevant and aids decision making.Work closely with the KSA Retail Banking heads & Group Retail Banking Finance in developing a robust and ambitious medium-term strategy covering all key opportunities and risks.Establish a planning framework which links to the medium-term strategy and enables modeling of key drivers of revenues and costs thereby facilitating accurate multi-year rolling forecasts.Establish and sustain alignment between Product and Segment revenues.Establish consolidated MI to support medium term strategy for Retail Banking.Establish and maintain a robust challenge process for business cases submitted by the Retail Banking teams while at the same time ensuring efficient response times.Establish and maintain a robust post implementation review process for all material investments spends within the Retail Banking teams.Establish a framework for providing a clear and transparent analysis of costs directly incurred or allocated to Retail Banking.Establish a process for business unit heads to fully understand and challenge costs – both internally and externally.Person Specification:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration or any related field.7-10 years of Finance and banking experience.Exposure to retail banking.Skills:Communication skills.Problem solving skills.Concern for quality.Strong interpersonal skills.
