ResponsibilitiesBecause of your position as Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:- Able to handle the PO (Purchase Order) from our client and assist manager to place client’s order to our division in China.- Assist manager with daily operational task and follow up with client’s inquiries and coordinate accordingly with our China division.- Responsible for generating invoices and relative documents and know the basic skill to file all the documents.- Responsible for general stock count and inventory arrangement.- Responsible for products delivery, Cheque collection and Cheque deposit.- Able to do the follow up with client’s payment schedule and coordinate with them to have smooth payment collection for our company.- Represent the image of Spartah Building Material Trading L.L.C by always complying with the standards set by the Management.- Have basic knowledge of our products in order to have professionally conduct in front of clients.Line ManagerReport to General ManagerJob RequirementWe would like to have the following mandatory requirements for the position:- Fluent speaking, writing, listening and reading in English- Obtain bachelor’s degree and above- Valid U.A.E driving license- Age between 23 – 30- Expert of using office software (Excel, Words, Power point etc.)- Sales background minimum 1year or aboveCandidate we prefer- Have a better understanding and comply with management.- Self-motivated and hard working.- Able to handle pressure and being flexible dealing with different situation.- Quick learner and have the team spirit.Benefit- Monthly basic Salary AED3,000 to AED3,500- Annual air ticket allowance AED2,500- 3 weeks paid annual leave.(Please note that there will be SIX months’ probation period, the full benefit will be valid after receiving the confirmation letter from the general manager)If the above opportunity excites you, we would be delighted to hear from you.
