Sales Executive

The American or European cars spare parts ‘Sales Executive’ will be responsible for thedevelopment and overall performance of sales activities. The primary focus will be on the newbusiness. The personnel will be responsible for the achievement of maximum profitability andgrowth in line with company’s vision and values. Essential Responsibilities: • Develop sales plan, process and strategy for the market and ensure attainment of companysales goals and profitability. • Work closely with other divisions to identify opportunities to cross sell into existing customers. • Works closely with operations and customer service groups. • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans. • Provides timely reports to senior management. • Maintains sales and activity reports. • Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing, referral development and other sales training. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and ensures that they arecommunicated and implemented within the team. Market Visit Plan: • Make and submit monthly customer wise visit and sales plan. Prospecting: • Identify retail prospects in and around the area assigned. • Make database of all prospects for future reference. • Make lubricants and batteries supply proposals and present to prospectsClosing Deals: • Identify the prime most prospects and bring into deal with MAP. • Collect payments and ensure timely deliveries to the customers. Collection of Payments: • Timely collection of paymentsCustomer Service: • Regular visits to the existing customers to strengthen the relationship• Coordinate supplies to customers in liaison with company staffSalary:AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Company maintained car and mobile phone with sim.Location – SharjahMust have 3-5 years experience as Sales Executive of American Auto Spare Parts or EuropeanAuto Spare Parts. (Sharjah Market Experience will be preferable)
