If you’re the type of Executive who leads by example and is looking for an opportunity to grow a sales team, we have a great career waiting for you. Responsibilities·       Drive sales through the growth of existing clients·       Generate new business opportunities·       Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy·       Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community·       Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project·       Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports·       Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory·       Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals·       Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information·       Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and estimates with clients·       Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided·       Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework. Requirements·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field·       5+ years of sales experience in the technology and specification of products used in large-scale mechanical and electrical installations·       Must have at least 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales engagements·       Additional sales experience to enterprise, government and construction sectors is also desirable·       Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements·       Outstanding communication and negotiation skills·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills·       A team player with leadership abilities·       Excellent command of English Language.
