A Prominent Real Estate Development Company are looking for a Sales Manager to work from their Head Office supporting and growing the team and their footprint on the villa market etc, whilst enjoying the benefits of an award winning medium sized company.Responsibilities: •Identify, Solicit, and acquire new clients in line with approved strategies and policies of Real Estate portfolio. •Keep abreast of development in local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process.•Making regular visits all over UAE to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes. •Establish effective and professional communication (both Internal & External) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels. •Manage Sales, set, agree, measure performance, guidance, motivation and professional advice.•Creating Sales / Business Development Strategies for boosting business volumes within product parameters and portfolio expansion as appropriate.•Identifying effective Marketing Channels.•Regularly attend and actively participate and represent the organization in various events/campaigns in different locations in order to expand current prospect database within specified business sectors and generate new effective leads as well as to recommend enhancements for conducting future events/campaigns.•Collaborate and demonstrate high level of teamwork with other internal departments in order to manage positive reputation of the assigned function, coordinate required actions and achieve the desired results.•Be customer-first in your approach: the quality of communication, the engagement and the responsiveness is the key. You will ensure a high NPS ratio.•Build close relationships with all parties we work with, including notaries, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, etc.•Monitor conversion of leads into prospects/buyers in an effective manner.•Actively supervise in sales closures with the team members.Duties:•Lead by example and support team to ensure monthly targets are met•Run weekly team meetings and keep the team in touch with MI and company guidelines / changes•Conduct staff reviews and appraisals on a regular basis and report issues as needed•Be involved in the recruitment and growth of the sales and leasing team•Train and develop new staff in line with other managers/ departments•Enhance the company’s reputation facilitating growth and best practice•Develop opportunities and maintaining clients relationships•Quality control and publishing of listings•Contribute to marketing as required with advertising for your area in particular the villa segment of the market•Track and report campaign ROI and KPIs, and identify ways to optimize
