ABOUT THE COMPANYWe are an auto spare parts trading company started in the year 2000, with the aim of providing high-quality products in the automotive sector.Our Company is one of the leading wholesalers and distributors of high-quality automotive spare parts suppliers in the middle eastern markets, CIS countries & African regions, with a wide range of spare parts products focusing on Japanese, Korean and American car brands.Salary Package : 6000 AED to 12000 AED Responsibilities: -Responsible for managing the business-development process. This is the process of making new customers & enhance new sales areas (Markets).Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.Recruit, hire, and train sales team & search for a new opportunities in markets. Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.Maintain & making inventory ordering with the help of team members to ensure stock availability & also focus on average stock movement per month & unexpected movement of stock due to bulk orders.Monitor sales staff to increase cash sales as compared to credit sales as much as possible to roll inventory & investment multiple times.keep an eye on sales staff, they are achieving their sales budgets not only in total sales value but in categories (products) wise to maintain the inventory & get more shares from customers.Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.Develops and administers an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit.Promote company’s name and reputation, by keeping all moral standards of the organization.Collect market information and intelligence of all our competitors.Create reports showing the performance of the department in various ways (Sales, Cash Sales, Credit Sales, Customers, Products & Etc.). Results Driven – Produces results that exceed strategic objectives via a combination of planning and implementation.REQUIREMENTS:• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in auto spare parts sales in UAE/GCC.• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at a managerial level.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Proven ability to lead a team to meet requirements.• Excellent leadership skills.• Experience setting sales goals.• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
