We are looking for a sales-manager who could equip flats, villas with lighting, furniture, decor. Knowledge of Italian and European factories is mandatory!!!We are a network of interior design showrooms. For 15 years we have been working directly with the best Italian, German, Portuguese and other European factories such as Porada, Longhi, SERIP, Visionnair, Cesar Cucine, Reflex&Angelo, Cirgiani and many others.We were the first to establish an official mono-brand showroom of the Portuguese factory of designer lighting SERIP, and the only one to do so throughout Eastern Europe.We have exclusive contracts with Italian, German, Portuguese and other European factories, which allows our company to grow steadily for 15 years and be at the top.Functions of the sales-manager:- Consulting clients on the product range and services of the showroom.- Negotiations with clients: clarification of needs, assistance in selection of lighting, furniture, decor for client’s interior design from availability and under order.- Order processing, cost calculation, preparing a quotation, signing a contract and full project support;- Completing a design project in the visualizer, approval of style and equipment with the client.- Setting tasks for the design project to a design engineer.- Working with regular clients, building long-term relationships with architects and designers;- Achieving goals and surpassing the personal plan. Adherence to Company standards and principles.- Close interaction with import manager, warehouse, service and delivery.Working conditions:- Paid corporate trips with the team to different countries: corporate parties, welcome trainings, training events from suppliers and partners, trips to plants.- Management is open to initiative, discussion of issues, development of employees and the company.- Official recruitment.- High salary- The incentive system for all employees of the company: salary + individual bonus on the results of work + bonus on total sales of the showroom + bonus on the total sales of all showrooms of the company.Requirements for candidates:1. Experience in completing design projects.2. Essential knowledge of Italian and European furniture, lighting and decor factories.3. Have experience in effective sales, know and apply the technology and steps.4. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners of the company.5. Excellent presentation, identification of client’s needs, work with objections;6. English – B2/C1
