The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a deep understanding of the Middle East, African, and North African markets and culture.Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Middle East regionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers, distributors, and retailersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyaltyConduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesWork closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new products, promotions, and campaignsProvide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management teamRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG sectorProven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share in the Middle East regionStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluent in English and ArabicValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the regionWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary, commission, and benefits.
