It’s what you’d expect from the most sustainable paints company, which has been inventing the future for more than two centuries.Job PurposeThe Arabia Middle East sales force is responsible for profitable sales to, servicing and coordination of customers in the Saudi Arabia. The customer base is industrial, civil and commercial, and includes consultants, Painting contractors, Protective coatings contractors, Asset Owners and any other potential or existing customers.The Sales Rep is responsible and focused on exploring opportunities, providing quotations and advice to customers both within the KSA and overseas as required.This position will be based in Jeddah, which is part of the Arabia Protective Regional Sales Team.The purpose of this position is to drive Revenue, Profit & Volume through and to build strong customer relationships.He will have target accounts decided by the Cluster Manager.Prepare and implement a sales plan for the allocated accounts.Develop new accounts / customers.He will also have a targeted volume budget set out and agreed.He will be solely responsible for servicing these accounts from supply, cash collection and build up the relationship, to securing future projects.Secure orders and contracts, which meet or exceed agreed targetsKey AccountabilitiesDevelop, manage and ensure realization of sales for the assigned (example: new accounts outside the current portfolio. etc) accounts.Provides feedback to understand how customers are utilizing our proposal and how well those align versus competitive productsClearly define the profitable offer per segment in terms of proposal with right product, service and value. maximize revenue and profitability for the product portfolioPerforms continuous market research among the stakeholders in the entire value chain and maintains professional relationships with the industry stakeholders Applies the agreed sales strategies towards the selected key prospects; negotiates terms and conditions of contractsCreates and develop sales opportunities through key account management processBuild and maintain various allocated accountsActively liaise with overseas associates to help ensure a smooth business relationship with the management companiesExperience & Role RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / Graduation in Engineering or Management or equivalent industry knowledge and experience – 5 yearsProtective coatings experience is mandatoryEffective ability to understand customer processes and markets, identify potential opportunities, create value propositions, and mobilize internal support where necessaryProven ability to influence key decision makersUnderstand various product ranges (Specialty, lining, PFP, High Heat) as well as knowledge for competitors’ products.Ability for analyzing market, statics as well as excellent documentation (excel, word and PPT)Excellent interpersonal skills in a matrix organizationFluent in English as must and Arabic an advantage.
