-Represent company services in a professional and successful manner. -A positive customer service experience. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule. -Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells. -Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face-to-face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend a suitable solution for them. -Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. -Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services. -Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old customers. -Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process Continually attempting to penetrate new markets. -Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure the smooth handling of the customers’ requirements
